Timezone-based campaigns may appear as partially sent if specific regional delivery windows fell outside the disruption.

This outage last approximately 10 hours (Resolved at around 2AM UTC), as Localytics Engineering team identified the push backlog issue and fully restored delivery capabilities early this morning. All scheduled campaigns are now processing normally, and our team continues to monitor systems closely.
