Resolved - Localytics experienced a disruption to the push messaging service beginning at 16:00 UTC on September 8th and continuing until 05:00 UTC on September 9th, a duration of approximately 13 hours. Push notifications scheduled during this window either failed or sent only partially. Timezone-based campaigns may appear as partially sent where specific regional delivery windows fell outside the disruption.

Delivery capability was fully restored once the issue was identified at 05:00 UTC on September 9th. All scheduled campaigns are now processing normally, and our team continues to monitor systems closely. A post-incident review is currently in progress.
